It was very much a JJD WWI and Hudson & Allen OTSN show for me this year . . . . Yes you read that correctly, Hudson & Allen is back up and running after a year of re-locating and re-arranging. While Ken Osen was managing the W.Britian room, Ericka Osen was managing the Hudson & Allen room and was very busy visiting, answering questions, and selling the H&A murchandise that she had brought with her. Ericka had available some previous released 18th/19th century French buildings, walls, pavement sections, etc, as well as a new French building that was half timber and plaster and half stone. Below are some pics of the items I came home with:

Hudson & Allen #2030 Damaged Normandy French Barn . . . . which I am going to use as a supply depot

L-R: H&A #2003 Single Family French Dwelling, #2002 Mulit-Family French Dwelling and #2001 Cafe & Apartment . . . .

BGC-08 Sergeant Royal Flying Corps

GWF-10 French Tank Corps Captain

GWF-01 French Schneider Tank

. . . . . more

GWB-12 Austin Armoured Car

GWB-05 Mark V Male Tank & GWB-07 Mark V Composit Tank as well as GWA-06(60), GWA-07(60), and GWA-08(60) Aussie 60th Batallion, 15th Brigade, 5th Division

GWB-30 6-inch Howitzer nad JJCLUB-2014C Army Service Corps, 9th Divisional Train Asc, 104th Company, Private Benjamin Davies with Pack Horse

a good day for you indeed!

NICE STUFF!!!

Quite a haul Mike. I have posted about H & A in their section.

Hi Mike,

Great additions to your collection!
I do buy JG Miniatures and K&C to complement my displays when I need buildings and vegetaion amongst others, never bought Hudson & Allen due to my limited undestanding of the " foam material" used for the buildings.....how sturdy are they? And how would you compaire them to the K&C/JG buildings as final very close up pictures...do they stand out as sharp as the JG Miniature and K&C buildings? or under close up you can pick up they are some kind of foam?
Cheers

Luiz

Hi Mike,

Great pickups there. I'm especially fond of the RFC NCO. Looks like you're filling those shelves up pretty quickly!:wink2:

Luiz . . . . In my opinion all Hudson & Allen products are superior. I have owned both K&C and JGM scenics and I think that the H&A products are in a whole different class of their own. You just can't go wrong with thesse offerings for the detail and also the historical accuracy not to mention spot-on archectural construction and design . . . . . oh, and did I mention the interior detailing . . . . .
They are very sturdy, they are very sharply done and standout just as they do in my photos, and they don't look like "foam" nor could you tell that they are foam until you pick them up.

There's nothing like coming home from a show with a good haul - looks like you had a VERY good show Mike! {sm3}

Jeff :salute::

A great lot you brought home, Mike {bravo}}
Looks like JJD, H&A were very capable to keep you occupied ^&grin
Happy Collecting!

Me too Brian. You were one of the Treefroggers I was watching for . . . . . saw several that I knew but unfortunately didn't see you. I always enjoy our meetings . . . . Oh well, we will definately have to correct this at next years OYSN show.
:smile2: Mike

What fun time you would have had, pointing to everything, I will have that and that and that. Multiple possibilities for complete dioramas. All very nice, top pieces that you have selected.:salute::, Robin.
