My FOV Collection (1 Viewer)

I just suprised my closest friend with this little display for his birthday. His Dad was a Brit that fought in North africa. He was tickled to death with the gift and now he too is hooked on these vehicles.

FOV has 3 Matilda' offered. One version, the first issued, is retired. The second is still available at some dealers and the third is yet to be issued, I think sometime later this summer. Contact George at Minute Man

he may be able to find one of the current or new releases when they come out.

Captain, I like the one on the right. Is that the enthusiast version. How do you like it? I am looking at the diecast 88 for the gun crew that I have in the WS055 and WS056

To be honest, I can't remember. I saved the box. I'll go back and look. My collection has been growing and should take a pretty major leap tomorrow.

All of these including the German Halftrack you liked in the other picture are enthusiast series. Does that just mean you get a gaming card with it?

I do not know . I was told that there was a different level of detail. You have some neat pieces that I hope to get. The Wirbel for one. I would like to get one of the 88s and the German Quad I do have the bike. Had to get that some time ago

Just my opinion, but I reckon the FOV 88 is the best model in their range, and the figures that come with it are really good as well.

THis is a great picture. One of my favorite's also. if anyone else wants this tank, buy it soon. This tank is RETIRED by FoV.

The Tiger is much better than the Panther as far as detail. Still, I have always believed that FOV makes a nice product for the money, and with a little personal detailing on your own, they look mighty fine in a diorama scene.

I ordered the Tiger today. I could not resist and it is getting harder to find. I enjoy FOV and 21st century products. They are fun to have. You can paint, weather, make battle damage or whatever without worrying about a $200.00 tank and it's value.:) John

You are too right. When things clear up a little I hope to get some of these.
