Just goofing off a bit today, got my first JJD Vikings and am really blown away by them...must get more, but a fella has to start somewhere !

Congrats on the addition to your TD collection. IMO the Vikings are John's best figures to date. Incredibly well done . . .

Nice couple of figures, i am in the 'same boat' as you, came late to the series and just started buying, have 3 Vikings and 3 Saxons, i am thinking of ordering others but have to be careful not to be pulled in by the new releases and buy the relatively older figures before they run out. Great range.

Its a shame I’ve stopped collecting John’s ranges but this is due to the UK retailer not allowing online purchases (you have to call and give payment details over the phone!) as well as not having a secure website.

However, I do collect 28mm too and just look at the detail on the shield transfers produced by Little Big Men Studios. They put the larger scale shield transfers in their place somewhat.

The wargaming figs are lovely.
I'm sure you can get JJD somewhere for a fair price. Ask around if you must!
