Yes the Generals in these sets are definitely well fed.

Thats why i skipped the beautiful DAK panzer IV.
i can accept weight-challenged Whermacht generals, but not fat Panzer truppen.

again I think its a style issue with the generals , rather than them being disproportinately fat
The V2 guys remind me of the earlier K&C figures style, with the emphasis on style and looking a little cartoonish (which I quite liked) rather than being more realistic and anatomical in proportion.Personally I think the K&C figures have slimmed down a bit compared to earlier releases and aren't as 'chunky' as they used to be. The BOB from a couple of years ago and the fall of berlin germans were more in that style imo which I quite liked. I think the figarti V2 guys are more in that vein rather than the newer K&C releases. I haven't looked closely at the panzer truppen but briefly looking at them they do seem to dominate the tank. The V1 crews are more like the recent K&C..

i think whilst Figarti's vehicles are marvellous, their figures sculpting needs some works. I have very high hppes with Figarti, and once they get their figure sculpting spot on, it will invariably improve the appeal of their (already excellent) products.
