Well the time has come with this post to mark my 5000 posting. :D

For those of you who have enjoyed my participation - Napoleon Salutes You ! And I have enjoyed being with you and chatting with you. Most of all learning more about history and our Great Hobby of Toy Soldier Collecting. :)

For those who have not enjoyed my particiaption - well I have one thing to say...;)...:D...Wait for it ... :eek: :eek:

congratulations on the milestone. being a D.C. resident do you not worry about all the firearms your soldiers possess? i mean, Fenty could declare your home a danger to the government of D.C. and crash in your door to grab all those muskets, swords, bayonets and cannon. keep the Old Guard on its toes.- lancer

LOL - You know I bet my Toy Soldiers could hold off the DCPD without any problem :p

I could march all these guys down to the Mich Ave Station and request to register each of their weapons :rolleyes:

Ron, that registration idea is a winner. if there is one thing D.C. excels at it is paperwork. shouldn't take more than, say, two or three years. then when they lose all that paper, you can start again. ha-ha. - lancer
