Didn't the Brits start the Nappy word after they found out about Napoleons diarrhoea problem. Of course some claim he had a stomach ulcer or worse. But actually he kept putting his hand inside his shirt to rub his poor little tum tum to bring up the wind. But sometimes it went the other way
