Thanks for the photo .. agreed, what's Not to like. Mine are on the way, somewhere over Alaska .. waiting for the FedEx van.

Going by the Guard drummer you have put in the background, its reassuring to see that this NE sub-range is the same size as the main NAP range. Also ordered the some shephards from the LoJ range, hope they go well together.

Now ... for the Gordons reinforcements and more NE later {sm4}

Thanks for your reply, keep it quiet on this forum, the extras that blend in so well are from CS. Cheers, Robin.

You will find LOJ fit perfectly. Cheers, Robin

In case the young general is looking for a used camel.........I might suggest avoiding a stop at Abdul Nixons used camel lot (IE: the origin of the 1972 US Presidential question: Would you buy a used car from this man??)

According to the latest intel .. This NE series is destined to go on and on :p

Well if you visit K&C's home site ... Look for The Collector #30, The next instalment of the NE release is already up for your preview. More very individual looking poses .... They seem to be waiting upon something ... Or someone:rolleyes2:

What do fellow collectors think of the new poses ?

OD

Incredible shots and composition. Really, really nice!!!
Can I ask you what you use for a camera? A real top-of-the-line camera, or a simple cell phone?

The figures are unique and combined with the first release will make an interesting diorama. Next I would like to see French infantry on the march with some cavalry and troops mounted on camels. Arab raiders can be introduced to harrass the marching columns.
Of course most collectors are looking forward to battle action poses, maybe a square for the "Battle of the Pyramids", and charging Mamelukes in their impressive regalia!

The "desert village" buildings and palm trees make great backdrops for this series.

Here are the 2 pages from COLLECTOR #30
