Nice set up! It would be nice to see more camp type at rest figures come out in the future along with some civillians and camp followers. There were lots of camp followers that went on campain along with the troops and it would be real nice to have some figures along with some camp accessories and some bagage wagons and supply train ect. type stuff.
Some tents, lean tos, camp fires, pots pans, lanterns, farm tools, plows ect. These kinds of iteams really give life to a diorama and many can be used for various time periods.

couldn't agree more tim i really enjoying seeing camp dioramas like the one you posted yourself (fantastic, wish i could do something along the same lines myself but for the wife, the two display cabinets i have are my limit :( so she has informed me) your rigth about mixing other items and figures from different periods i'm looking to add a mrs dickerson & daugther to this one from the alamo range as soon as someone wants to sell one on the cheap .
