(AP) Spain - Latest dispatches from the front lines of the hard fought Iberian Peninsula War between England and France are that the French have again beaten back another English assault with their superior artillery. Whilst English cavalry reinforcements are making a difference, French artillery still commands the battlefield and France again prevails. English and Scottish unit commander’s report great numbers of causalities and that morale amongst the troops is at an all time low. Many dispatches have been sent to the War Cabinet, without response. Perhaps some relief had been sent but was lost at sea in some unfortunate mishap?

Sceic, Which will it be, Foot or Horse artillery? My guess if KC does Limey guns , they'll be Horse guns.Uniforms simply more interesting.Dashing look.
I'll have to check, but as I recall , The Greys never made it too Spain.Probably wrong as usual, but I can't recall them being involved in any major engagements there.I'll sit back and wait to get set straight.

According to Sierra, in 2006 there will be the release of a British Royal Horse Artillery set (dismounted) in the Napoleonic serie.

Where do they get their infos?

Andy stated in another post that we are going to get some british artillery later this year along with some more French I don't know how to attach other people's threads but it's in the August King & Country dispatch.

Michael - You have said before that you make dioramas that you like - even if on occasion there may be a slight historical inaccuracy in them.

So ... how about backing up those English troops with the K&C British Sherman. THAT would scare off Napoleon ...

(AP) Hong Kong - Today the War Cabinet (on a tour of the Empire's far-eastern outposts) announced that a detachment of the Royal Horse Artillery has been dispatched from their home barracks to battle the French, much to the relief of the troops on the front lines.

On a side note, apparently the squeaky wheel does get attention first. Thank you Andy.
