What was a common trait of all Napoléon's horses?
All Arabs? Trooper
All trained by Caulancourt, Master of the Horse?
What was a common trait of all Napoléon's horses?
All mares?
All named after his victories? Trooper
I would have said Arabs but that's not the answer you want. Were they Saddlehorses? Were they all grey in colour?
One thing was that the horses were trained to be less skittish, less animated, shall we say, as Napoleon was not a good rider. He rode like a sack of potatoes on a saddle & sometimes fell off his mounts. Napoleon was a crack shot but was quite the opposite of Wellington (who was, by the way, a poor shot) in the area of horsemanship.
None of them were French? Just a guess.

Geldings?
All stallions? Trooper
No, but you are getting close...:wink2:
I agree with Trooper if geldings is not the answer but is close, then I'll take a guess and say they were stallions.
