What if we made a poll of what we the collectors would like? a petition of sorts and it could be braught to Andy's notice.Perhaps if he saw the demand for some specific units we might get them. CapitolRon Wellington.... your thoughts? PS i really would not know how to set up a pole though. Rob

Sounds ok to me...I know that we have made wish lists before and truthfully I think Andy looks at them but has his own agenda....it might be fun between our selves to see what most people want...I would like to see more infantry in action posses as well as some sort of ammunition wagon and as muchartillery as he wishes....

WELLINGTON.....;)

Well if we are looking towards the next Range within the Napoleonics - my choice would be : PRUSSIANS !

It would round out the Waterloo choices with everything K&C has done. I believe the Russian sales should show Andy there is an interest in other European Nations of the period. ;)

On additional figures well - we keep kicking around the Polish Lancers and he has done some already for Crimean and WWI - Napoleonics should not be a tough task. Especially - since the KCS figures sold so well !

Holding my breath for that French Line Artillery - I have a feeling its going to be great !! :)

Guys

How about a train ... a supply train. A string of 3 or 4 mules/donkeys with baskets, kegs, boxes on ther back. A couple of walking escorts ... these can be French, English, Russians but boxed separately.

Come to think of it ... the mule set could go with escorts from the Romans, Egyptians, Imperial China, AWI, ACW, Alamo or even WWI/II ranges.

:) OD

i am being greedy here... but...

1)Polish Lancers

2)Prussians- maybe Bruswickers!!!!!

3)Russian Cavalry - preferably COSSACKS:)

I am thinking Polish Lancers for french cavalry Imperial guard action poses for french infantry British cavalry Hussars British line infantry British and french line artillary and some prussians . Rob

Prussian line infantry and landwehr infantry, Prussian artillery. French line fusiliers. French legere infantry (as opposed to line battalion voltigeurs). Artillery transport (horses, limbers, drivers). British light dragoons. I always prefer field dress as worn in battle/march.

I think this thread can be summarized in the following words:

WE WANT MORE NAPOLEONICS!!!!!

THE MASSES HAVE SPOKEN......

Some Russian Cav to go with that line:cool:. Any Prussian sets would be OK with me. I suspect K&C might be waiting to see how the Russians do before coming out with any additional allied nations.

Heres Hoping Andy reads this forum regularly.

I agree that Polish Lancers in action mode would be very welcome. But more importantly across the whole of K&C excellent range of figures. It has become more than apparant that scottish heroes and regiments dominate the line up

Scots Greys, Highlanders, Napoleonic and Crimea, Coldstream Gaurds,

WW1 Kings own Scottish Borderers, Scotsmen in the Crusades collection and the Alamo range

Come on Andy even you must admit there must have been some Englishmen @ Waterloo I am as an englishment very aware of the huge contribution Scottish regiments have played in British armed forces over many centuries to virtually dismiss the English from History is surely an oversight ?

You must be running out of Tartan Paint by now

Lets have some English regiments please they will sell very well indeed

Some Rifle's Would Be A Nice Addition. The 95th Or The 60th Rifles Would Make Any Napoleonic Collection Stand Out.

Plastic Coldstream or Grenadier guards. But King & Country Royal marines and seamen.

If not an English Regiment in the range the Coldstream Gaurds could benefit from several more action figures to buy in multiples

Advancing
Marching standing at attention
re Loading
Standing firing variant with bayonet fixed
Officer with sword pointing at target
Gaurdsmen defending against Cavalry with bayonet raised perhaps

Just some Ideas as it is difficult to form a large square with just 5 action figures

building 2 large dioramas

1 is a Coldstream Gaurds in square to scale with Dragoons and currasiers attacking

The other is British in Line Standing Firing Kneeling /Firing with a company of Gaurds and Line infantry coming on with Greys attacking infantry flank and seizing colours.

personally several more curassiers and greys and several more Coldstream gaurds would enable me to increrase this diorama in size and proportion limited number of poses restricts expansion somewhat

Although I have to say I am delighted with K&C Napoleonics
