It's been awhile since we've had a thread about the various armies of the Napoleonic Wars. The last best one is Guy's Armies of the Napoleonic Wars, which exhibit beautiful dioramas by Guy.

First off are the Prussians, some of my favorite Napoleonics.

I invite others to post their First Legion Napoleonics here. Only requirement is that they be Napoleonics made by First Legion.

These figures look really good. If I collected NAPS I would be all about these. I have been intrigued by a couple different NAP releases but I just don't know enough about this era to start collecting it yet.

Very nice, Brad, and a great idea. It is rewarding to revisit these releases. I take the liberty to postulate that sometimes, we just forget what we have, maybe it’s put away in boxes, maybe it just currently does not fully reflects ones’ collecting focus. Great figures nevertheless and as someone has recently rightfully asked, can the majority of collectors fully appreciate the quality difference between these releases and the more recent ones?

That is a great diorama, Andreas, worthy of the figures.

Janusz is the Master in my opinion in integrating the bases of the figures into the diorama. Even when all he uses is flock. Great art.

WOW, Who painted your First Legion "Hunting for Grasshoppers" figure set ? They did a really nice job, great display thanks for sharing. regards Gebhard

Hi. Sherbakov painted the kit. I think he does them every now and again and he is, in my experience, open to offers. Regards Nick

Thanks Andreas, those are all I have. The Austrians are super, I really like them.

The Saxons are extremely photogenic. Not sure whether Brad bought any.
