A few thoughts on the Spurs’ Game 7 win:

Beating the best team from the regular season is impressive;

Huge tip of the cap to OKC for not making excuses about injuries or foul calls despite losing, in this day and age that is rare;

If San Antonio loses to the Knicks it will be an upset;

The Spurs strength besides Wemby is their guard trio of Castle, Harper, and Fox. If the Knicks are going to rely on their smaller players to deal with Castle and Harper, they are going to have a problem.

The Spurs young duo of Harper and Castle are too strong for Brunson, McBride, and Shamut and too quick for their big wings.
