Need help! Toy soldier history (1 Viewer)

I am doing a report on the history of toy soldiers. I need several sources and am having a little difficulty in finding very detailed sources. Could you please send me any you are aware of and think might be helpful. I have reviewed the TF Resources page but could use several more. The more info the better.

Suggest you consult the following books:-
"Model Soldiers" by John Garrett
"Model Soldiers" by Henry Harris
"Military Miniatures" by Goodenough
"Collecting Toy Soldiers" by Opie
"Toy Soldiers" by Rose

Of the above Garrett's book is the most detailed giving details of most of the world's makers up to about 1950. Out of print now but still readily available on second hand lists.
