Dragon is producing another Tiger I in 1/72. This is a "hybrid" tank. Yawn, yawn, yawn. I love the Tiger I, but please give us a unique camo. This camo is very similar to previous issues.

I'd like Dragon to do more Allied tanks, Russian, like the upcoming Hobby Master ones, or Western Allied, like a Bren Gun a Hellcat or others, unless they want to let this market go for 1/50 Corgi or others...;)

Anybody knows ?

What gives with Dragon Armor ?

They haven't released a "new" vehicle/tank for more than 2 months ... jus rehashing paint scheme  Wonder if the Remembi appreciation & high cost of production, is making DML pull back on new releases in the Dragon Armor line.

FoV dont seem to be badly affected by the higher cost in China.

Don't count Dragon out. Just when you think they are slacking, they come through. Too successful a company to be left behind. Personally, I'm waiting for the Stug III and the recently postponed Jagdpanthers.

Hi Pwade

I have been waiting for the same Stug III for 2 years now .... you think that with all the PzIV chasis that they have made, they would have released the workhorse MkIV by now.

I got a bad feel about this lack of new vehicles. :(

The Dragon Armor Club registration process seems to reflect the co's poor commitment to the line ... its been a year and still no confirmation.

I do love Dragon armor, and will continue to purchase their issues. However, because of their price increase, I am purchasing fewer items. In the past I have purchased 5-10 pieces per year, now, 2-5. The good thing is that several webstores have the earlier Dragon armor at good prices. I have found many pieces at $9.00 - $13.00.

I used to buy several variants of each mold but as there seemed no end to them I recently decided to sell off all color variants except for one favourite of each mold.

It's amazing how much more shelf space I now have and the remaining models are much easier to see as they are less crowded.

This new Hybrid Tiger I, 60289 is now available. The description of this tank says it is finished with a "tasteful degree of weathering." Hmm. I looked back at all my Dragon Tigers and I found only two with a "tasteful degree of weathering." 60022 and 60097 both have very nice rust marks. I'm not counting any CH tanks. The new hybrid looks pretty pristine to me. Furthermore the camo is almost exactly like 60021 and one of my CH Tigers. How about a solid gray? O well.
