New ACW Releases Possibly (1 Viewer)

Althought the Wm Britain site does not show their availability until January, ACW sets #31058, #31059 (both Iron Brigade Advancing), #31061, #31064, and #31071 (three dismounted Union cavalry) are now shown as in stock and are now being offered on the Treefrog Treasures site and also from another retailer I have dealt with in the past. Hopefully no one has "jumped the gun" on anticipated arrivals and us ACW collectors can look forward to some new figures to "play wth" during the holidays. I've got my fingers crossed . . . .

Hi Guys:

We flew in a few of these American Civil War figures to at least fill existing orders for our retailers. There will not be enough to cover any subsequent new orders before Christmas. The rest of the produciton run will then arrive in mid January.

Got to have some Britains under the tree!!!

Hi, when you say the rest of the releases will be in in January do you mean just the dismounted cavalry troopers, or the entire ACW catalog including the Medical sets and the Chosen Ground sets #2, and # 3 ? I am particularly looking forward to the barn being released. Hopefully it is bobbing about in a container ship on the Pacific Ocean by now. Is there a new catalog coming out with photos of what we can expect in the next year or so? Thanks.

We will be wrapping up a new catalog by the end of February which will include a number of new ACW releases. There will also be another flier a few months later will include many more new figures and equipment. 2011 will be a good year for several of our ranges as far as new additions.

I plan on joining the Collectors Club for 2011 just to purchase the dismounted 1st Virginia Cavalry trooper and to get a head start on any other mounted or dismounted Confederate Cavalry for 2011. Richard and Ken have indicated that they will not neglect this segment of the ACW and with the revamped quarterly catalogs on tap there will be no waiting around for the releases. Does anyone know when the Collectors Club figures are sent? Happy New Year to all the WB ACW collectors.

I just signed up for another year in the Collector's Club myself and chose the 1st Va trooper as my 2011 CC pick. I got my 2010 CC pick (dismounted Union cavalry officer) this past May. It seems that the CC figures always come out in the mid to late Spring time frame.
