New Ak sets.... (1 Viewer)

Just seen photos of the new AK sets, again we will not be disappointed.

Please pass on where you saw the new AK photos. If possible photo copies here on the forum. Surely someone took some photos at the London show. I would hate to have to wait till the end of the month to see them on the K&C web site.

Thanks for any help you can give.

I can post pics but I'm not a home now. But I wondering if its a good idea or maybe we should wait for the official pictures.

I think we should wait for the official pictures. Although people have I'm sure taken pictures at the London Show, I believe that Andy would prefer if pictures were shown to everybody all at once, including the dealers and the buying public, and not piecemeal. Just my two cents.

That is why I did not name my source.

Yes, but the King and Country police has ways of finding out the truth, rest assured :D

What's with this "big brother is watching" mentality. If Andy let the items be photographed at the show, the cat is out of the bag. Please post the photos!

One of the reasons I belong and follow this forum is so I can learn things before they are offically announced. I couldn't afford to go to the London Show because I had spent all money on King & Country sets.

Andy give this forum lots of information about future releases long before anything is posted on the K & C web site. Andy is most likely waiting to post pictures because he must use professional finished web ready photos.

I think if someone has a snap-shot taken at the London show, which was open to the public, that there should be no problem in posting them.

Andy, why don't you let us know, give us some guidance. Will posting these snap shoots upset you?

Come on Gary give up the goods. Andy always seems to be okay with photo's from the shows. Look at OTSN.He let anyone take pic's that night. I'm with Louis let them be shown....

This has to be the politest forum in the world. Most forums would have had the pictures posted on the day of the London Toy Show.

I have to admit to having seen a photo of the new stuff and it is incredibly excellent especially the artillery piece and gun crew. I'd post it but it was passed on to me in good faith and it would be better if that person posted it rather than me.

I agree with Brad that the photos must be published by Mr. Neilson and I'm more convinced of that that he said that he will post them. I think that we can take for granted that he want to show us his products the way he wants. For instance, if I understood well, Rommel will be sitting in his car has on the photo that I saw, it's not the case.

Pierre.

I can understand Andy wanting to post his own photos of the new stuff, as he will obviously be better equipped to best portray them. He was, after all, in advertising before he opened K&C (when you used to write checks for K&C orders back in the day, you made them payable to Genart, Ltd., Andy's advertising studio.

Now (with the permission of a certain Andy C. Neilson), here is the picture of the new AK sets everyone is asking for. To note: the Rommel figure in the photo is NOT the new one that is coming out - it's the old one.

I believe I read that the field piece will be set up for towing by the new truck. Quite an impressive group of new figures for the Afrika Korps.
