In the new Arnhem44 range what poses would you like to see:confused:

I would like to see some British Paratroopers in open parachutes like in DD56, or pulling in their chutes:D

I would also like to see some new British tanks, Recce, or attack jeeps How about some special limited edition pieces like the little armoured car that Michael Caine's character in A Bridge Too Far was driven about in. A halftrack would be nice too:D

Andy, hopefully if you read this it will give you some ideas for your figures:D !
 
I don't know if the poses are already decided on, but if there's still some room for scope, all action please!

Prone with a PIAT would be good, kneeling firing bren, a smattering of firing poses - asortment of weapons, a few running and a few taking cover or looking around building lines. Not too worried about any Vickers or mortar teams (although if they're made, I dare say I could be pushed in to purchasing). Mixture of helmets and berets. Poses depicting wounded or being recovered would add some soberity to a scene.

Oh, and Sean Connery firing colt.

And I'll have a cherry on the top of my slice as well please.

I'm sure whatever is decided upon will look fantastic, so I'll be a happy bunny. :)

Andy already did Sean Connery and Sir Anthony Hopkins in AN14, so why not Michael Caine in the scout car in one of the new sets?
 
Youve got to have sean connery again,what would the series be
without the one true Bond ;) .Yesh miss moneypenny.:D .
 
I'm so pleased we are getting paras i don't mind what poses we get.Its so good that Andy has heard our little campaign that i don't won't to **** him off by asking for stuff.If he wants to depict the Paras doing their xmas shopping,fine by me!!

A para dragging in his shute sounds like a good pose to me. I admit I have only seen the hanging full canopy in pics but they seemed to present a display problem to me.

The PIAT fig idea is also a good idea as it's a uniquely Brit weapon.

You would of course have to have most figs with Sten guns but perhaps the odd Thommy gun may also fit in if they were used in the battle.
 
Having said all i said above.....a mortar team would be cool!

I agree, 17pdr and 6 pdr long overdue, how else do you 'worry' a King Tiger?

Why don't we wait and see what Andy has coming out? At this point, asking for this or for that probably doesn't make any sense as they are already being produced and therefore too late to change.

I remember someone saying they thought Andy was going to rework the Arnhem44 range just like he did with Iwo Jima!!!:eek: Whoever said this must have been very close to the 'Big Man'!!!!:D:D:D:D
 
Whats your guess for how many sets to be released in the first wave?And will we get Germans from the word go or just Brits?

When the Forum was being moved to a new server I asked Andy on one of the posts that never got saved:(:eek:if he could tell us how many sets he was bringing out for the 1st Wave of Arnhem 44 figs!!!:cool::D:)
