Hey all:

Does anybody know when the newly released D-day pieces will be available at Treefrog? It says the end of June and thats right about this time. I was wondering if anybody had updated information. Guess Im just impatient.

Thanks and have a great day

I agree with you Chris, can't wait to get my hands on that M12:)

Chris:

Perfect timing for the M16 Quad. It will provide AA protection for the M12. Most AA units were attached to field artillery units.
Should be arriving on Thursday 6/28

How hard will it be for K&C to produce a companion M30 for the M12? Simply remove the cannon and carve out that area for troop and ammo space. Maybe Brad can lobby for us in HK.

An M30 would make for a great scene alongside the M12.I love to get depth and completion in my collection and makes for Historical accuracy which is cool.

The jeep would be great fi it wasent for that wooden pole on the front.Does anyone know what that is?

The wooden pole is to protect the occupants of the jeep from piano wire strung across the roads by the Nazi's, which would decapitate the driver/passengers if the jeep was going at any speed. I have seen photos of jeeps in Normandy with the exact wooden pole on it K&C has depicted, so the pole is totally historically accurate.

Isn't it metal instead of wood. I'm sure piano wire can cut through wood or break it.

I think most cutters were metal. On the new kubelwagon and US jeeps do they have rotating wheels or stationary? Leadmen
