That does look like a great source for the Seven Years War. I will have to pick one up this fall. Thanks for posting the link.

I have been watching this one for a while. If it is anything like the author's previous book on British Napoleonic Era uniforms, it will be great indeed. However, I can't find this AWI volume in stock anywhere. I'm not sure it has actually been published yet, which is why Amazon still says "1-3 months" for shipment.

I've pre-ordered this one, too. I think it's already been released in the UK, though I could be wrong. I do know that online friends in the UK first made me aware of it back in the winter. I'm waiting eagerly for its release; it looks to include some of the cavalry details I've been piecing together here and there on the Web (eg, info on the Horse Grenadier Guards).
