Credit where its due ,I've commented on the lack of releases etc on here about WB in the past couple of years. But having just looked at there website there is some great Nap guard figures coming up that I will get (Only a minor gripe but a couple of them are only availible through the Club ,as I see it that's three Nap figures next year. In the UK they would sell a lot more if they could be purchased outside of the Club ). Also the extra figures for the 88 plus the extra ammo boxes make the gun a much more attractive proposition.
Pleasantly surprised .

Agree the club figures should be standard, not paying twice the price each yr to get a club figure, it is too expensive

There are some fantastic new offerings. I hope they can get them to market in a reasonable time frame

To be fair though the club has always had exclusive figures.
Thats right but in the past its been one figure (If your Lucky per era) as I see it there's three Napoleonic matte figures, Two are from a new range .So if I want the complete set its join or not bother, I left in 2016 and won't rejoin I'm afraid, its 2021 a collectors club to me seems very dated .
Like FL etc just let me buy any figures I want too . Ive brought every Nap figure WB have put out up to the Nassau ,the Guard figures look great but past experience with the club have put me off for good .

Don't think it is outdated. Hornby do it as do Bachmann.

There is more to the club than just the figures which are sweet. You get free shipping from purchase direct from Britain’s. There is no US sales tax added unlike eBay. They include voucher and discounts during the year. And you get the Standard mag which no other figure mfg. offers anything like it. And they only charge you $6 US more for UK and Europe. If that breaks the bank for anybody I think they might want to find a different hobby. I for one really enjoy my club membership benefits.

Cheers
Howard

You also get 4 issues of The Standard and a $15.00 gift certificate for merchandise so not bad at all.

Actually 3 issues now, but the page count is the pretty much the same as 4. Quality of articles is better than ever, thanks to Ken's exhaustive research.

you also get an invitation to the members only London event/christmas dinner. which I enjoy
with a chance to meet other collectors , the Britains team , raffles, guest speakers, new products, exclusive figures , etc etc
hopefully when Covid is under control it will come back .

the last London event 2019 for example Ian Knight was our guest speaker
