The new website accounts on K&C UK are great!!!:DI never realised how much stuff I've bought and that''s just on K&C:D:eek:

The K&C UK site just keeps getting better and better:D, So anyone, are there more plans for the websites????:D

The new account section of K&C UK really is excellant.I very much like the list of everything you've purchased (don't let the wife see it!:eek:)It also as outstanding orders etc,it really is a very good upgrade to the service.I think Mike/Tony/Bob are constantly pushing things forward at K&C UK,keep up the good work chaps.

You guys do realize you're providing free marketing data to K&C right?

Not that I see that as a bad thing, mind - it will help them better gauge their consumer's buying habits and hopefully produce more of what we like.

The next step will be to start involving us directly in their major decisions about lines and individual figures before they even go into production... but that innovation in the business world is still a few years off unfortunately...
 
Yes i think thats a good thing.As you say if the powers that be know what we like and especially what ranges are selling most we hopefully will get more of the same.

Not sure who you are questioning on this one? From a dealer perspective it helps us help the customer. The number of customers that do not know what they have and now we can go into their account and tell them 'you have this one you dont have that one' Also we found a substantial amount of suctomers have 'Books' where they keep the details of models they have. Now we are keeping their list for them.

Free marketing data!! mmmm not sure if it is that. K&C do not see the accounts that our customers have and only gage the buying trends from what we as the dealer buy from them. We use other sections of our website to watch what is happening with Buying trends.

Andy and K&C i feel are already there, as i have mentioned before this forum concistutes only about 20% of the K&C Global buying market and yet still K&C and other manafatures are in here listening to what is being said. And a lot of what you see is coming about from Customer feedback and buying trends. Myself, Bob and Mike often speak to Andy about lines he is looking at and if he opened the door for direct feedback from customers he will be struggerling for commercial sence against the wills and wants of an even few.

I used to run the largest Health and tennis club in the UK and i had 9000 members and i was always being asked to set upa members forum......i purposley said no as you do not get the opinion of the mass you only getthe opinion and wants and needs of the few. I would get approx 100 letters a month about service standards (both good and bad) and that would leave approx 8900 members that were either happy or not! lets say they were happy or at least indifferent.

I think therefore what Andy does is pritty good as he commercially does what works, and still has the time to do the odd bit of wants and needs!

Are you trying to say that the people on this forum are a bunch of pushy demanding types who think they are the only collectors out there.;)

No joking aside i get Candians point, but was also trying to put some reality on it.

We alone have 4000 collectors on data base and i am aware of only about 10 - 20 that come in here. And again point out that it would be commercial suicide to only produce for the louder minority!!! well unless you make about 10 warbirds that are quality and sold at a prenium.

It was about citizen number 532901 etc. They were burying him. It was reported that he had eaten so many tons of rice in his life and worn x amount of suits had 2.5 children etc etc. At the end it the two bearuacrat said Was he happy. Yes he must have been. If he wasn't we certainly have heard

The forum members are only 20% of the K&C Buying Market? By that estimate there are in excess of 3,000 K&C collectors worldwide (605 members x 5). Is that correct? Are there that many of us loonies out there? Cool!

My maths was never my best subject spent to long getting my head bashed around in rugby scrums!!

Infact there is a lot more than that. K&C UK have over 4000 members alone! now i know from chatting with Pete and Shannon there is a lot of cross over of Customers who buy from us and also from them.

And trust me Louis after meeting up with you i can gurentee that you are far from being a loon compared to some!!

I think the great thing about the human species is that there are some weird and wounderful caractors.............i mean Rob Wilson never want to be in a room on my own with him!!:D
