G'day,

This is my first post on this fabulous forum. Had been a diorama builder (mostly WW2) a few years back but arthritis and not-so-steady hands put me out of that. Recently have become quite interested reading and researching the American Civil War which in turn lead to my looking appropriate for 54mm figures. Have begun to collect a few different makes now but have just fallen in love with the quality and detail of First Legion's ACW collection.

At this stage I am concentrating on the 55th North Carolina Infantry at Gettysburg 1863 and hope to eventually have the complete set. Not sure if I will go with a diorama, maybe just an assault line but we shall see. Lots of great info on this forum and I look forward to my daily perusals.

A very big welcome, you will get a great deal of fun out of this forum. It sounds like you are hooked with TS's now, ACW maybe the start for you, but before you know it you will be branching out into other series when you see what's out there.
