New Leuthen Structure (2 Viewers)

OK, well we got August releases, including Leut-04, so had to have a play and take some shots...
Didn't quite have the time I would have liked and was losing the light.... enough excuses already, here we go;





This is kind of additive, and can't wait to do it again with the next set to add in! It does take longer than one thinks to compose, and wish I'd tweaked the back casualty figure in the second shot as he's a little too hidden.
I need to paint up a bit more back wall when there's more figures.... or try and get a bit of wall off John! John? Did you spot this?!

Anyone else set something up yet?

Oh and finally I only used one of each set this time, although I was dying to pile in a few more Leut-01's and 02's. (Think I'll do so next time!)

I am awaiting delivery of LEUT-03 and LEUT-04 within the next week or two and now after seeing them in your photos, I am getting more anxious to receive them ^&grin
Also I am really curious to find out what figures/poses will be added next?
No news for September so far.

thanks for showing us the next couple of Greandiers posed with the first 3, they look SO good together, and will be even better when we get the whole group of 14???

like you, I have figures 03 & 04 on order, and hopefully on thier way right now, but I'm not posing them yet, until I get a larger group to really show them at thier best.

Many thanks Major Duncan for the pics of the new LEUT-04 casualties set. They look excellent!
While waiting for mine to arrive, I did a simple conversion to LEUT-02 to add a little variation to my growing band of Grenadiers.

You're too kind Maj. ! I received my 3rd LEUT-02 today, I shall be giving him a slightly different "tweak". Also received the Leut-04
Wounded #1 Prussian Grenadiers - what a stunning set! Can't wait now to see what the Austrians will look like!

A few more pics of my expanding Leuthen collection - 3 of the 8 figures are slightly modified to give slightly different poses.
I have LEUT-05 casualties #2 on pre-order ( they look superb! )and have ordered another LEUT-04 casualties #1 and another (!) LEUT-02
to rework. Really can't get enough of this outstanding series............

I have been in contact with John this week, and asked about the forthcoming structure and he said that he had painted the Leuthen Gateway and walls, but was still waiting for a factory paint sample to appear, but it should be any day now.

From that comment I feel that we have a few months still to go for that to be produced and released, but seeing the 'trickle feed' of figures is continuing, then maybe it will our 'Christmas Bonus' ???
