Looks like a new figure has been posted on the K&C website. If you spend $350 or more, you get him added in for free. It looks like a nice figure that will go well with the forthcoming Grognards at ease.

Yes, I also got this info in from K&C in HK on Friday .......

Looks like I will sending them an order for more NAPs, just so that this 'man and his dog' can head 'down under for Christmas :)
Getting an order of +$350 (and get free post too) isn't hard to do these days ..... :redface2:

I'm wondering if this figure will be catalogued in the regular listing, or as a 'SPECIAL' figure, much like the extra 'Napoleon in Egypt' that came a few years back ????

Setting up a camp scene, before the battle will look very nice, with more at ease figures coming soon.

I like the idea of it being exclusive through K&C HK only. Stirs things up a bit. Things like this once in a while are good...IMO

Shame this seems to be cutting out K&C dealers who will lose sales. Robin.

While I fully appreciate and understand your point-of-view Robin...As you well know K&C do many things for our Dealers ...above and beyond what we need to provide for in our trade terms...

So...Once in a blue moon...we like to do something for ourselves and our collectors.
All the best and happy collecting, Andy.

If i understand well on k&c website , they are 5 master chief ?
The 5 figures on the photo ?

Or the one with the dog only ?

Regards
Serge. :)

Serge,

the free gift of the 'Campfire Chef' is the seated grenadier, the fire and the dog.

The other 4 figures, NA399 'Old Guard at rest' & NA400 'Guardsmen at ease' are not released yet, but maybe they will come in next month's DISPATCHES?

They can be seen on page 12 in the latest K&C Brochure, Napoleon's Armee, which is available on-line as .PDF or as hardcopy from your dealer.

I think that Andy got some inspiration for the 'Chef' from this picture in an OSPREY book (warrior #22 Imperial Guardsmen)

Maybe another seated guardsman, and an officer, together with the others shown in the advert could make a very nice diorama when using NA375 Napoleon & ADC's or NA199 Classic Napoleon as the centrepiece???

John

Look great, are both seated figures new? As well as the figure standing with hand behind back?

Just read further down and see they are all new figures. but he will be holding that chicken a while.......
