They sure do look a little like K&C figures but in my opinion they are not from the same mould as there are distinct differences.
I think, who ever they are, maybe used the K&C originals to sculpt from as the shield design is the same on the plastic versions as on the originals. The K&C figures I have seen have a printed shield design opposed to these which are 3D sculpted. AND do you know I have not seen that exact K&C shield design in any reference book so far!
Believe me I have been through loads of shield designs these last couple of years. The one thing that would certainly be against the law in my opinion is passing these off as K&C figures. I am sure Andy will have something to say about this.
