Very nicely composed, and I will ask ---- Can you tell us about the groundcover? Homemade or Manufactured?

James,

I like the angle of the camera shot. Very good use of poses. I feel like I'm right in the scout. Whoops I better be quiet. (in a whisper) thanks for posting.

Thanks guys, re the groundwork, i can't claim any credit, Adam got me a bag of it for Christmas.
I'll ask him and perhaps he can post a link...

However I really do want to get some of these;
Maple leaves
Currently out of stock...They have oak and all sorts of things as well...

Hi James,

I just got my new ranger set. Very nice stuff. The one with the beard has a very small base, the sticker on the bottom just fits. It makes him top heavy and a slight bump and he does a face plant into the table.

I was wondering if anyone else has this issue, or did I get the prize?

I know you game with your figures as do I, so I was checking to see if your figure is also top heavy, what you are thinking of doing so he will stand up to a game?
I have a game this weekend and was hoping to use him.

Thanks

Matthew

Matthew, they are all the same. The figures both stand up fine on a flat surface.

For wargaming, Adam and I have been thinking about making a larger base with neodymium magnets set in it, so the figure can be put on and off the base. We'll post here if we do it.

Enjoy your game, we understand more Rangers in the pipeline.... :D!

Thanks James,

I am looking forward to the new Rangers. I made some simple bases out of wood and used wall tack (poster tack) to hold the figures down. They work well and the figure is not damaged by the wall tack. I'll try to get some pictures of that. I was able to get 4 figures to a stand.

Matthew
