Hail Caeser!: Roman War Elephants!

Claudius invaded Britian with as many as 30 War Elephants. We’ve created two different styles. One is the Claudian mount complete with all the trimmings a Roman Emperor would style out with. The other version is a Roman fighting elephant. We introduce our Claudius and General Audus Plautius figure set as well. Both figures come on removable bases so they can be used on the field and in the Elephant. We also created two new pillum throwers that fit in the Elephant or can have their bases added for field battle. The head of the elephant is removable for ease of shipping but also allows for the head to be rotated into any position.

We kept the edition size low so we expect them to be out of stock sooner than later once they ship late next month. Enjoy!

CS00706 Elephant for Claudius w/1 Rider $165.00
CS00707 Elephant Roman Fighters w /1 Rider $165.00
CS00708 Claudius and Audus Plautius with removable bases $69.90
CS00709 Roman Pillum Throwers with removable bases $67.90

Hail Caeser! –Warm Regards Brian

Very impressive Brian. {bravo}}

They're now on my shopping list. Thanks

Oliver

Holy Toledo! Precisely Boy Blunder! Outstanding. I don't even care much for Roman stuff. Gotta get that Gladius Elephant.

Amazing CS introduction of Roman War Elephants. But Brian used the wrong Ausf. and the grey camo was used only during the early expansion of the Empire. The elephants used in Gaul and Britain were painted with a green disruptive pattern. Terry

As pm'ed to me this am.

Told you I would do it. LOL

But seriously a great joke.

I also noted that the correct early road feet were used and not the gaudy mind diseased era road feet.

A very interesting release to be sure. There haven't been too many matte Elephants lately.

Well done.

Well you said when you opened this series Brian, that there would be war elephants and you have come thru. These are fantastic, ordering as soon as they are up. Can now retire all my poor substitutes. These are a must for any Roman collector.^&cool, Robin.

Hey Brian...

again...they really are beautiful...

a couple of questions...

what are they made of?
what do they weigh?
the removeable turning head...does it show a seam...I can't tell from the pics?

Hi Brian and thanks for these latest additions to this great line!

I have a question too - can the 'elephant riders' be used for either elephant?

Brian...

just to clarify before I order...

CS00707 Elephant Roman Fighters w /1 Rider $165.00

is this the figure and elephant that comes with it?
