New unnamed Germans in Collector?? (1 Viewer)

Hello, just browsing thought the latest issue of Collector and spotted a couple of figures that caught my eye in the centre page diorama. Apart from the "Fall of Berlin" MG team (I just missed the original sets when I started collecting K&C), I noticed what seems to be an SS Panzergrenadier (?) in camo smock plus a greatcoat clad officer figure skulking behind. Are these new yet to announced figures, or ones that I missed from the past? Cheers, MM

I noticed the skulker when the mag came on line. I think it looks like a Hitler so, expect a row of HJ getting medals!!!

I viewed the same images and it looks to me like Adolf slumped over as depicted in
some very famous photos of him during his last days in Berlin getting ready to hand
out medals to his Hitler Youth front line fighters. :wink2:

All of them are new. I agree, the officer has to be Hitler, probably looking over the Hitler Youth. The SS Grenadier looks nice also. These releases seem to be geared towards those preparation films shot right before the Soviet attack. Hopefully we will see more action poses because the previous Fall of Berlin sets were top notch.

Mitch - not just for the FOB series (but that would be very good). Bikes were used a lot by the Germans in the dying months of the war.

That would be a good idea also just recalling the pics of smiling germans photoed pushing their bikes through france or russia. It would give a new slant to the usual marching pose
