Later this year VictoryBuy is issuing a BMC Battle of Brandywine bagged set. Some of the British now have cocked hats and George Washington is still on foot. These should not be confused with the Americana “BMC” sets from the original molds.

Jeff Imel of the new BMC is cloning the original BMC Hessians, which are now sold under the Americana brand name.
"The 'American Hero' product line should be well-stocked into early next year, and I'm working on next production order to arrive around February 2023. New molds have been ordered for the BMC Yorktown Hessians and I'm considering a Yorktown Boxed Playset revival. The new Hessian mold will include 8 figures with duplicate kneeling and standing firing poses:"
