Light SEAL Support Craft (A3228V) FM32

Needing a tough, fast boat with a shallow draft for SEAL operations, the U.S. Navy developed the Light SEAL Support Craft or LSSC for operations in the vast inland waterways of View Nam. Using Jacuzzi jet pumps instead of conventional propeller engines, the LSSC could go right to the river bank and insert a SEAL team. Adding to its FM32 or 1/32 scale Viet Nam line, Figarti Miniatures introduces its LSSC with two figurines and riverine diorama base ("A3228V"). The LSSC is operated by a member of the Boat Support Unit One in his distinctive jet pilot helmet as he converses with a member of a SEAL team.

The United States Navy Sea, Air and Land (SEAL) forces are the elite Special Forces of the U.S. Navy, employed in special reconnaissance operations during the Viet Nam War. Just landed from their LSSC, the four members of this SEAL team carefully scan the jungle as they get ready for a long mission.

Interesting, a great set which I also picked up. Seal team production was

always listed as 60 pieces.

I wish they would set a number, and learn to stick by it.....and this is not

directed at Figarti.

This is not the first time we have been given a production number only to

have it changed.

We get enough of that presently from Congress.
