I picked a few of these up a couple of years ago with a display of some of my plastics in mind. It's not exactly a model set and appears to be made to be played with.

This looks easy enough.

What is this, an assembly kit for ants!

Here it is and only a few things left over!

Nice cheapies, but they are 100% 1:35 scale. I own them too.
You can really make them look bigger and better if you beef them up with leftover equipment from FOV.

Yes they are a little bit smaller, mostly regarding height. The passenger compartments are quite similar, with FOV and 21st Century having a lot more detail (obviously) and depth. The drivers seat/bonnet area are also noticeably on the smaller side. I plan to use them with some CTS tanks, so size wise they'll be ok.
