Fantastic scene Steve

We love your scenes.

Thanks for your encouragement guys :salute:::salute::

I think a few buildings or other props help if you're wanting to tell a story and show off your figures and vehicles and with the arrival of 3D printing on the scene, the possibility of having these tailored to your wants really lifts the hobby, adding not only to dioramas whether in a special cabinet or on table top or shelf displays permanent or temporary.

Got another little building this time a Temple facade on order with Paul Bell (bellarus6666@gmail.com) doing some more printing for me, which will add to my Roman town and though a huge model of the Temple of Claudius it'll serve well enough as a stand in for Boudicca and the rebels to assault !{eek3}

I love your Roman town scenes Steve. This one is no exception. Well done. Look forward to the next instalment.

Cheers,
Grey

With such buildings and landscape, any scene is great.

Thanks Poppo :salute::

Looking forward to seeing TG continue their Roman Market range, hopefully all will be must have.

That is an impressive town, Steve. Would look good with many different figures but I like the inclusion of the Retired Roman. He was going fast so I'm glad I picked him up while still available.

I also see you've got the pig head in the scene. No "Horus dio" would be complete without a pig head. {sm4}

EDIT: Really like that TG made a civilian Roman figure and one that can also be used for the Ancient Greek theme:

Thanks Rob :salute::

Yes he's a useful figure for hanging round the streets and market the and would look just as at home attending a Roman Political rally in the Forum since he already has his Gladius to push his candidates points ! {eek3}
Yes Politics wasn't very gentlemanly in the ancient World either !
No butchers shop would look right without some fresh meat hanging up outside, even if in this case it's just bits of WBritains farm animals !
I remember walking around a market in Luxor a few years ago and seeing various bits of cows hanging up in the Sun with flies all over them. Puts you off a bit having anything containing meat at local restaurants !
