Mike and I are hoping for Saracens riding camels. Also, there has been talk of upcoming Tamplars, which I'm sure we'd all like to see. It's been quite some time since the last release of Crusaders and Saracens, so I expect we won't have to wait much longer. I'm getting quite antsey myself. Medieval is the only era I collect, but I have at least one of every King & Country Medieval piece, as well as many others from Conte and other manufacturers.

I got so antsy waiting for the new Crusader releases that I started collecting Wm Britain Napoleonics and Anglo-Zulu War figures to keep me occupied. I am hopeful for Saracen camel cavalry, templars, and English longbow archers.

But, new releases are always welcomed !

NICE, the helmet on the table is looks very interesting, a mixture of Medieval and Ancient Greek styles.

That K&C post looks fabulous. I really like that Crusader lineup, my favourite K&C piece to date is The Bishop of Tours.........and that's coming from a diehard WWII collector!

King Richards's campaign tent - very cool. I certainly will have to make room on my "Fall of Acre, 1191" diorama for this figure set.

Wow, great piece, Andy! That will be a welcome addition to the crusader encampment on my developing siege diorama. I can't wait to see what other excellent Crusades offerings will soon be released by King & Country. I'm sure they will also be well worth the wait.

George

Thumbs up - Andy!

But, please - let it be a templar with red crosses! ;)

BTW! Can/will you reveal a date?

Outstanding !

See I told you guys we would get some great releases this year !

Another reason why King & Country is tops in my book !! ;)

Hi Andy,

thanks for posting and teasing us... :)

Love it

Whoopie,

That's a great piece. I don't think I'm stopping with that range. This is to good but bad for the wallet.

cheers Andy,

Richard

Is this knight preparing for a jousting tournament? :)

Hello Ron. I just updated my picture albums on my profile page. I have 7 albums, 5 of which are of my Crusaders and Saracens. Go to my profile page and take a peak at them.

I don't believe the knight is preparing for jousting, because he is wearing a sword. I think his squire is helping him to prepare for battle. Also, the squire has a cross on his tunic, probably indicating that he is a participant in a crusade. My guess is that this is a French knight in the third crusade.
