Dear All
Today I have been informed that our manufacturer went into liquidation with all our stock. Despite the fact all the stock and freight charges have been paid for by us in advance we are not able to retrieve any of our goods and are therefore not able to fulfil any more current orders.

All dealers have already been or will be refunded any money held on deposit by us in the next few days and will NOT suffer any financial loss.

I have decided to call it a day and retire from the business whilst I still have my sanity! I had been planning to leave NMA for a while to spend more time with my family and this final incident has confirmed to me that this type of business just cannot be run from the UK, with the manufacturing being done in China. I have enjoyed my time thoroughly at the helm of NMA but sometimes you just have to know when to quit and now is the time for me. Unless by some miracle my business partner Darren Schmidt wishes to continue then I am sure he will inform everybody, but as far as I am concerned for me the war is well and truly over!

Best wishes to you all and God be with you in this great adventure called life.

Regards Blake Reade

Hi Blake,

Very sorry to hear of this but understand the decision. Do take care.

All the best

Dave

Hi Blake-

Thanks for all the great models you produced for the last 2-3 years.

Best luck in your future projects.

My very best regards to you and your family.

Pierre.

Sad, Sad, Sad....:(
Good luck in the future, it was a valiant effort and I envy your attempt.

Well this certainly sucks. :( I was looking forward to adding some Marders II's and III's to my collection of NMA vehicles. As the old country western song goes, "Heartache and missery, deep dark depression and agony on me." Oh yeah....that was from Hee Haw. Anyway, good luck Blake.:)

I can't believe it. I loved this stuff and have a good bit, what a shame. I can only imagine Blake's frustration.

Tom

That's too bad. Blake is a good fellow. Best of luck in whatever comes next.

Sorry about this Blake. It was nice meeting you at OTSN two years ago.

good luck in your next endeavour

Cheers Blake:

I was sorry to hear the news but happy to know that your family & sanity come first. Thank you for all of the excellent historical miniature memories that I have in my collection. All the best!

Hang Tough,
Marc

Blake

Please accept my best wishes for you and your family. You had a first class product and certainly added a level of quality to this wonderful hobby of ours.

It is a shame that you had the production problems and unfortunately now have ended NMA - but, besides all the customers you have out here - You have friends as well. Good Luck and keep in touch.

Best Wishes,

Ron

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! What a shame, I really think really Blake had lots of talent and was going from Strength to strength. Did anybody ever get a Marder and do they want to sell it me?
