NMA Latest Release News!! (1 Viewer)

Yes, does look to be well done. Of course, now that we're all "track-happy", that will come in for some criticism.

Ask and you shall receive (hmm, I wonder who said that ).

Someone in your line of work I believe

By pure coincidence I have just been sent pictures today of the samples I am flying out to see on Tuesday. I will email them to Shannon/Pete and ask them to post them on the forum. Please note these are not the finished products as it will be quite obvious that some minor adjustments need doing, also the pictures posted may not be the final colour scheme used either. You get 3 pieces of equipment with the Sturmtiger, all of it interchangeable from 1 hook to the other. That way if you buy a couple of Sturmtigers they do not both look the same.
These are the Sturmtiger shots, the 232 is already well into production. I pick up finished samples of the 232 next week to bring back for the brochure.

Can you give us a hint as to release date and price?
Remember I'm first on the list for your Strumtiger thought Treefrog. The mail I sent you many months go.

Hi Chuck
Yes of course I remember you and I fgured you'd be one of the happiest to see a Sturmtiger in 1/30th scale. The Sturmie will be available in about 5 to 6 weeks, 1 version with 1 full crew member should retail at about $89. Not sure on the retail price for the other yet as there are still some details to be finalised. I have seen the model on my last visit and I can tell you it's size is very impressive.

What was the other? Is there more other than the Sturmie?

Hi NP
No there is no other vehicle coming out apart from the Sturmie, but there will be another version of this model being released at the same time.

Hi Blake; Thanks for the pictures of the Sturmtiger, looks awesome, and thanks to Peter for posting. It certainly is a unique looking vehicle and sure to draw a lot of interest. Please post some pictures of the production 232's when you return. I hope you have some figures sets planned for the future to accompany the 232 and Sturmtiger, particuliarly winter versions.:D

Thanks, Fred

Given the discussions of how realistic additions like knapsacks and helmets add to the character of a vehicle, kudos to NMA for introducing the innovation in 1/30th scale polystone vehicles of having interchangeable additions, allowing collectors to individualize their vehicles. Hopefully, they will sell additional extra equipment separately.:)

How I wish KC had the ambulance jeep made with removable and interchangeable additions. I would have bought 6. Also, I would have bought 3 of the DAK Desert Transport, but it would look funny displaying them with drivers all in the same pose drinking.

Well Steve I like that idea of yours and will definitely give it some thought. Right now though I have to get a plane to Hong Kong!!!

Well, that is cool.

I must say that it so closely resembles a K&C tank - dirt in tracks - I gotta wonder if he's tapped the same factory or sculpter resources.
