All,

Read it and got it. A very tactfully written book that does not allow to much embellishment or bravado to mislead the intent of the book. It seems as if though the author(s) are intending to "set the record straight" about the operation. I think the Mark Owen and Kevin Bauer collaboration did the operation justice and allows us the understand the type of preparation that is required by so many people to pull one mission off. They also make sure that they high light past failures (missions) and the reason behind those failures. Likewise, I felt like I got the real story behind the operation and was given enough information to believe that this is how it went down.

There was no glory in this book, just a play by play analysis of who, what, when and where. I recommend it.

PS: I got mad at my wife for interrupting my reading when the Blackhawks where about to land on the compound. So, it is a page turner.

My wife and I both read and enjoyed the book and movie, Zero Dark Thirty, which parallels the book. Chris
