Hi Guys,

Congratulations all round on some great vignettes… dios… and displays by all correspondents in this thread utilizing our old medic jeep.

Re Firebat’s comment that “There is not enough of it.”

I can’t of course speak for other companies but I would venture to suggest that K&C have done more medics and ambulance vehicles than the rest combined…

See photo attached.

Best wishes and happy collecting!

Andy C.

P.S. This isn’t all the medical-related vehicles and figures we’ve done but it gives you a rough idea of just how many.

Got to like the Medic/wounded sets from K&C, whether they be Brit/German / US they sure do add a lot to a scene, I think the US Bulge stretcher team is a splendid release, one of the very best.

Good image.

However image shown is only part of the range of wounded related items. Desert ambulance and stretcher set come to mind and how about the Axis stuff.

Andy,

you forgot about the NAPOLEONIC collectors :( :(

But this is a great start ....

WOW....I did not know there were so many indeed.

Very nice. The KC Hong Kong site really needs an archive. I am constantly going to at least three different sites researching old sets and none of them are complete. Maybe someday this could happen.

I've got quite a few of those pieces as medics/ambulances/wounded figures are amongst my favourite pieces and K&C does a great job on them. Could I suggest a Commonwealth combat Priest/Chaplain talking to the troops or to a wounded soldier or giving the last rights. The only ones I've seen so far is the Padre in your Battle of the Bulge series piece BBA007 "Price of Deception".

Good Idea

Is that me tied to the post?

Very funny Ludwig! Just makes me feel a bit guilty laughing at it....
Now for those who have been asking for more axis medical, I hope you realize Andy is purposefully witholding medical services from the Nazis ;).
Now all kidding aside, Bavaria is a beautiful place with many kind people, so "Gott erhalte Bayern!"
