I received a copy of this book today from MKL in London. It is really good. The pictures are wonderful and it is a great looking and informative book. Well done Norman.
As an aside I cannot understand why the K and C book has not materialized. Perhaps the K and C fans should approach Mr Joplin for soem advice.
Well done Norman Joplin yet again

Re: Norman Jopiln's new book

Hi Damian, How much is the book? How many pages? Is it hard cover? What's the title? Thank you, Russell

Thank you Damian, thank you Brad. I already have Opie's Britains book, and Mignot's bilingual book. Both have great photos. I might just add Joplin's book to the set. All the best Russell

It's on my Christmas list, though I may buy it for myself, and let my mom give me the money for it (I'm 44, my brother is 40, but Mom still likes to play the "even" game-she has to spend the same amount on both of us, so no one feels like the other got the better deal :) )

Prost!
Brad

Hi Guys,

I too think this is a must have for current Britains Collectors! I have it on my wish list from Santa I just hope my wife reads the list:rolleyes:

All the best

Dave

I just received this book from my inlaws (for Christmas), which was kind of weird as I didn't even remember mentioning it. Seems I was looking for it when we were in Chapters a few weeks back (they didn't have it) and it was duly noted. I had forgotten all about it.

Haven't had chance to have a thorough digest but from the glance that I had it certainly seems great!!! Lots of nice colour pics and quite a few pieces I spotted I had never seen before.

Great Job again Norman

Thanks

Scott

Well I have family in 4 different towns and we all can't be together on Christmas day so we have had to spread them out. 1 down 3 to go :D

So far Jeff it looks like a great book I have been having a browse through it this morning.
