I bought the church facade last year when it first came out. Well worth it for $119.00. !!!

You're right- the church facade is an absolute bargain. Once it retires I suspect it will be very hard to come by. The new Normandy buildings are nice but priced a bit too high- £119 is a much reasonable price. Combine it with some walls and you have loads of possibilities.
