Nice display of figures . I like the desert ground also. Is that a desert mat or a desert scene you made? Figures look good. J

Just a roll of kahki felt i picked up a few years back its about 6x4 in size i think i paid about $20.
I like using felt as its very easy to shape if you want hills ect.
Cheers John and Scott,

Your Scene Looks Really Good.
The Felt Sounds Like A Good Method
To Cover the Ground Portion.
Thanksmuch

I just got back from a fabric store with 3 yards of light brown felt. Thanks for the inspiration.

Cheers Denver and Carnahan....will take a look and se if i can find a front pic.
Scott sounds like a good find think i might look for some light brown myself.
Rob,

Right! Yours is Khaki! I was trying to match what you have. Both might do for non-snow winter or urban scenes. The felt isn't as detailed as the beautiful mats available BUT, I think great for large set-ups of "toy" style figures. A bit better than the bare plywood I have been using.

Well.....you're all going to have to get used to the light brown felt. ;)
