You know what would be a great range, the colonial wars of the 20's and 30's.French,Spanish,Italian colonial armies against the moslem nationalist armies. The planes, tanks armored cars of this period is very colorful and I think it would do very well.Mark

I have to say this would be an amazingly cool range - probably would play to a very limited audience, but it would be really cool.

What's the movie with Anthony Quinn as Omar Muktar fighting the Italians.I picture that scene where they attack that Italian column.Really good movie.

I agree it would have a very limited audience. I know it wouldn't be very high on my list. Indiana Jones, which would be more of a Conte thing, would be more interesting.

I just saw the movie Lion of the Desert last night... awesome! I would love this range

I found this movie late one night, while having an insomnia moment. I thought the acting was top rate, the action was near non-stop and seeing so many old time early war armored cars and tanks on the screen at one time was a bonus treat..One of the best kept secrets for a great war movie. Another gem is Siege of Firebase Gloria..Canadian made Vietnam War film, told from both sides of the battle. Great never ending battle scenes, acceptable acting. One of " Gunney "Lee Ermy's first films...Michael

You can never have enough Stugs, Tigers, Panzers and Shermans (especially when it is done well as First Legion intends to do)....This is the stuff we want....that's why is sells out :D:D

Nothing wrong with what you like but doing justice to some of these ranges naturally limits your options, especially with some periods. I don't own any of the above however.;):D

I just think the tanks and armored cars of the period are the neatest looking vehicles plus you have the French and Spanish Foreign Legions.I think a range for the interwar years would cool. You could also have Japanese,White and Red Russians,Chinese warlords if you wanted to expand it big time. It's fun to imagine the possiblities.

Well if you want to be historically accurate, you could go up to 1000 Tigers, 4000 Panthers, & 40000 Shermans
