Hi All,
Here we go with an opening to the squere at Omdurman to allow the lancers charge into the field and finish off what was left of the enemy....

Although the colours were not flown at Omdurman....I just love to see them flying in all my pics......
The great detail in this firing line is that the soldiers are using the correct Lee Metford rifle which is not a standard with the other manufacturers that tend to stick with the Martin - Henry all the way to the Boer Wars..
