Hi Guys,

One of things I enjoy most about this hobby is creating ‘backdrop buildings’ to help show off our K&C figures.

Another reason, I hope, is to inspire collectors themselves to have a crack at building structures of their own to display their own collections.

Over the next few days I will post other collections using this same building covering widely different time periods.

In the meantime… all the best and enjoy!
Andy

P.S. Construction Details: Foam Board, Cardboard and Balsawood with acrylic paints.

Construction Time: About two weeks working part-time.

Very nice Andy, it has it all and you could tell so many different stories with that piece setting off the figures beautifully ! :salute:::salute:::salute::

Really liking this period and another couple of new figures to collect and that building would be mine if it was commercially available. Robin.

Completely agree with Robin - I would also snap up the building… not withstanding the shipping charges which I am sure would accrue for such a large piece!

I think that if you're not so good with your hands and you want a collectable piece K&C produces buildings and scenery that beats most!

Beautiful!

Looks like there's some new pieces in the mix as well. Antiquities Dealer looks fantastic. Can't wait for the release.
Great combination of figures; would never have thought of the inclusion of the sailors. The woman with umbrella looks like an interesting piece (new?). Like the camels as well.

This makes me want to break out my desert village.

This building could be used as the master and given to the sculptors to convert into Polystone and be part of the desert village range, just saying {sm4}. I think it would sell like hotcakes despite it’s cost and postage weight. Reminds me of the mosque in this range which would have been slightly smaller. This one appears as another variant and blends nicely. If only we could turn back the clock where all things seemed easier. Robin.

great building.

Just love the desert village series of buildings and accessories.:salute::

They work so well together or on there own across numerous K&C ranges.

Yes would definitely be keen on this 'new' building if it ever went into production......maybe even as limited release?
