A VC lays his explosive trap in advance of a returning Marine ambush patrol.
A loud explosion erupts as the VC setting off his command detonated mine. A mad minute follows as the Marines let loose with automatic fire into the surrounding jungle.
At last a call for a Corpsman is heard

The patrol leader asks, will he make it ? The Corpsman shakes his head.

A new patrol goes out in seach of the VC.

Thanks Pat, Glad you like my small dioramic scenes. The backdrops are pics off the internet and hopefully help to tell the story of my vignettes.

Nope not a pretty sight Robin, as you know I do try to portray a bit of realism of whatever story I'm trying to tell with my little scenes.
