An Iraqi T-62 Tank Commander surrenders to oncoming U.S. forces as the rest of his Tank platoon burns behind him.

(The best part of this dio scene is I was actually there participating in such ground battles ! )This scene depicted was a very common site

"PanzerAce1944":

Splendid photos and backdrop! Back in early 1991 I remember feeling pride in the U.S. military and it seemed that the "baggage" of Vietnam was finally over at long last.

Nice photos Wayne and thanks for your service to our country.

I wish K&C would return to the modern war as I really like how much there is to offer . Chris.
Agree with you Simpson :salute::

This is the first I have seen any of K&C modern sets. Very nice.
Thanks !!!! They are some pretty neat sets

Cheers Rob, I don't know how many of these burning and smashed T-62's I saw on the real life Battlefield back in the day. Secondary explosions on tanks can be a terror, as debris tends to come flying your way ! {sm2}

Nice pics, thank you for your service.......i also think K&C should return to the modern era.....lots of potential indeed.

PA44-

Great reminder of a great series that K&C will hopefully revisit (the US Marines and British Royal Marines from thar series are among my all time favorites).

Beyond all that, I owe you a round for your service. I missed Texas this year because of work (the ironic thing is I am home now in San Antonio) but next year please allow me to buy you a drink or two.

Thanks Guys, PA I am always up for a free drink :wink2: The Gulf War was 22 years ago but I remember things like it was yesterday. Passing through Iraq and seeing scores of knocked out and burning enemy tanks
gave me a taste of what a WWII Tank battle was like in the African campaign. Turning around in my Bradley and seeing Tanks and Bradley's as far as the eye could see was a sight I will not forget. It was the last major
tank battle of the 20th Century !

As brutal as war is, I would love to hear your experiences first hand, thus, I will buy the first few rounds in exchange for moe eyewitness reports.

A Bradley? I have to say that I truly wish K&C would make one of those......
