Paint fixing on Figarti Panzer IV winter piece (1 Viewer)

I just purchased a Figarti Panzer IV tank and the side armor came with the paint chipped and falling off.

How can I go about fixing this problem?

Is there a member that can fix this issue and repaint them?

If anyone has any information that can help it would be appreciated.
