Palm Trees SP38 & SP39 (1 Viewer)

Hello

Does anyone own the K&C palm trees quoted? If so can you advise how tall they are? I'm hoping it's just under 30cm! Thanks for your help.

I've got a couple of sets of the SP39, and the tallest Palm is 330mm.

Base to crown is 300mm, but you can bend fronds upwards and gain another 30mm. Cheers, Robin.

I have these. With all respect to the wonderful items KC has made.......I was very dissapointed with them. They are plastic and cloth and just do not do justice to the KC figures and back drop pieces.

I would recommend the Dept 56 palm, trees pictured below. I actually thought they were made by KC when I first saw them.



Here is a pic of the KC ones in the corner of one of my cases.

They're also a good buy mate and well worth the $'s, as Robin said you can flatten the fronds down a wee bit, if needed or straighten them up. They really help to bring a desert dio to life.....{sm4}

I have a Sp39 set for an AK dio.To me they look more realistic than plastic palm trees.

I hat to break it to you PA. They are plastic except the base. The trunks and palm fronds are plastic/ poly.

I am refering to the palm tree leaves themselves are a material attached to wire branches, and yes the trunk and base is polystone. To me they look better than a palm tree made all from plastic. Anyway neither here nor there. Ludwig.....Das macht ganz nicht ! :smile2: Go Deutchland Fussball !
