PANZER 88---Gary Oldman (THE DARK KNIGHT), Jay Baruchel (HOW TO TRAIN YOUR DRAGON) and Thomas Kretschmann (THE PIANIST) are in talks to star in this World War II horror movie. Set on the Eastern Front in Russia, the crew of a German King Tiger tank are at a Jewish village that was targeted by the SS when they encounter a stranded SS officer and are then stalked by a supernatural monster. The producers are Gary Kurtz (STAR WARS, THE EMPIRE STRIKES BACK) and Ivor Powell (ALIEN, BLADE RUNNER).
