Guys,
I am working on a dio in which I use the 3 paras in a dinghy, the sentries, the grenadier with grenade and the TG club figure GC003(A).It is, to my norms, a" large dio"(10inchx6inch) It is a complicated one with a destroyed bridge and a vast expanse of water. I know how to work with small water surfaces, but large ones are new for me . Any suggestions ? I hope to have this dio ready for the beginning of March;

I would just follow your steps for the smaller sections of water and use those methods and expand.

It depends on what type of water you want fast running choppy ets I use everything from craft materials such as glossy accents for still water to the many products from Deluxe materials.

I have also used celluclay/claycrete to cover a base and then just paint it water colours with this material, you can with a spatula or pallet knife to create the waves
